I recently visited Villamartin on a mission to find a property to buy.  I casually walked into Vista Casas on a Friday afternoon with a wish list. I was made to feel very welcome but with no hard sell whatsoever. Mark was able to show me a 3 Bedroomed Townhouse which I absolutely loved- but you cannot say yes to the first property you view - or can you? I did view others with different agents during my weekend, but kept in touch with Mark I have to say that I felt so at ease with Mark, Angela and Adam, all were extremely professional, hard working, informative and kind. I would rate Vista Casas as the best Estate Agents in the area by a long stretch. We did buy the first property we viewed.  Thanks to Marks knowledge and support we completed from a distance and sealed the deal with one further visit.

Hi Mark & Angela, We would to thank you both for getting our dream apartment in Villamartin at the sought after area of Valencias at a bargain price. We like the Villamartin area after stopping there for a holiday earlier this year, such a good location in relation to shops/beaches etc. The buying process could not have been easier with Mark & Angela sorting everything out for us such as Solicitors/banks etc. Adam was very helpful and it was never too much trouble if we rang him to show us around the apartment a couple of times. As a first time buyer abroad we were new to the whole process.  Vista Casas makes it as easy as possible explaining the whole process, the team were great from the viewing to e-mail support after our purchase, very good level of service !
